AN nice home that's worth more then $800,000 that's brand new with six bedrooms two bathrooms and a swimming pool. You name it.

What would you do and how would you spend your life?

Doesn't matter. I'm from Hawaii and the saying goes, "You need to pay to live in paradise." It's true. I live in a million dollar home but it definitely isn't what people would imagine it to be. And I don't even have a pool! I'll take that $800k house any day. Repairs and all.

Like everyone else said, in 800K isn't that much for all of that. Around here, there are 2MIL homes that may not even have that much space.

I don't know what I would do with 6 rooms...I would have a very large home office and a guest room, but that's about it. That's a lot of furniture to buy...

Around here, it's pretty typical for six bedroom houses to go for around $200,000.

In my area, you can get a 6 bedroom house with a pool for under $500,000. Unless I am buying a new house, I don't intend on spending over $300,000. I am currently renting a studio so I am not bothered by smaller spaces.
