I'm NOT looking to sell this, just looking for input.

What do you think http://toofuntoquit.com is worth? The domain could be used for so many things. It is also really catchy.

The software for the arcade + template + removal of copyright + 1,300 games = $40ish.

It sounds like it's a generic arcade software so it's not unique. But, it has a good domain name, a nice look and useful content.

Those things alone could fetch you upwards of $1,500 dollars. This is a quality piece of work and if managed right could really do well for you.

Nice domain. Once you get those page ranks up, and start getting those unique user totals rising I think you'd be in the $2,000+ range IMO. I'm not an expert, but looking at what type of site it is, they can get popular quick, and when they do, the price just goes up and up. I'd say hold off a bit, don't go for the first offer of "$x,xxx" just continue to add new and unique games and you can definitely get a good chunk of change off of that.

Because without considering income and traffic, it will only go less than $100 (sorry for quoting so less than others).

With a domain its only $50. Since you have set it up nicely, it would go for something around and less than $100. Ofcourse if you make good income with advertisements and have good traffic stats, it will go high as others said.
But without high income or traffic, i don't think it would go for $1.5k or $2k as others said.

I would agree with Kavin on this one. It may be a nice domain and site, but it isn't worth a bunch if you aren't making any revenue or have a bunch of unique visitors coming into the site.

It is a great site with potential to make a lot of money, but as is right now, I would only pay $60-80 for it. 🙂.

Though its a good domain with dictionary words, two things reduces its worth.
1) Its long.
2) It has 4 words. So when someone just view its link, it would take some time to recognize the words in it (toofuntoquit.com).

By $10 i meant for a new registration. As the domain has a meaning, it would go for $20 or even upto $30. But i don't think its worth $50. No offense.

That's the problem. As i already said, i (and others) haven't valuated your site based on income and traffic, as you haven't provided any info about it.
If you mentioned how much income and traffic you are getting, we can evaluate worth of your site even better.

I say the domain is worth $400-$500. It is a very nice domain and could be worth alot to alot of domain buyers who would try to resell it or use it for a site. 😛

You are still not getting the point.

I never said its not making revenue. I said, we can't judge the complete worth of site, without knowing how much revenue it makes and how much traffic it gets.

Since you haven't provided traffic and revenue stats, we can only judge worth by considering domain, design, and nature of script (niche, popularity and whether its paid).

You didn't state if you were or weren't, so I assumed your weren't as it was a new site. If you provided information, I would have been able to give you a more accurate appraisal. 🙂.
