If you are already getting a lot of visitors & pageviews; then yes. It doesn't hurt to try and apply now.

It wouldn't hurt to try. If you're considering Google Adsense, then I would apply now and start using as soon as you can. Even if you don't get clicks on your ads, you earn from impressions. So, if you're getting a decent amount of UV/Pageviews then you'll earn from that! It's a win/win. Just don't go overboard with the ads.

So if you visitors will come from just 1 or 2 places only, they might suspect a foul play, even there is none. So get good amount of visitors first.

This is a good point, adsense is quite strict so sometimes you do need to be careful.
