Would like a patriotic theme for phpbb3

I have googled and googled and cannot find something for my forum. I am running phpbb 3.0.10. I am willing to pay$200 FP to anyone who can find one that pops out at me. I have seen a them by the name of RonPaul2008 which I am not able to download. The colors on it seem a bit dull but I was willing to see what I could do to make it pop out at me. I also saw a Wordpress theme that did pop out at me, but because it is Wordpress I am not able to use it. Any help would be much appreciated at this point. Independence Day is the fourth and I would like to have a patriotic them up before then. Thanks to all who will try and help.

Why not just change the background for the day ?

I agree with the above. Make a theme based of your current, and you can just add different images and colors to make it "patriotic". My .02

That is beyond my knowledge, that is why I am trying to find one premade or see if someone could make one for me.
