In the next 100-200 years do you think people will be able to live on other planets?

Right now most people on Earth won't live for another 200 years by then the world would be full of reboots by then taken for control.

Maybe someday?

I remember in the early 2010's there was talk and media coverage about people colonizing Mars.

I believe it will be possible because think about the technological advances we've made in the last 100 years. Even just preparing for that moon landing gave us some tech that helps us in our modern every day living.

Possibly one day, but not for a long time in my opinion. I’d say maybe 300+ years? But you can never know. Could be in a few years.

Is it possible? Yes.
Is it likely? No, not unless we stop climate change from destroying our modern civilization.

I doubt it because it's a fairly pointless exercise. There are no planets within easy reach that have the resources to provide for our basic needs. I also think it inevitable that our planet will undergo a reboot long before we reach the stage where we can seriously consider colonizing other planets.

Unfortunately, I haven't got any interest in leaving the earth for another planet unless earth becomes inevitable in the future. Anything other than that, I will stay here on earth and explore all the places that I've never been to.

The closest place is Mars and it's very cold there, comparable to the coldest areas of Russia during winter and, of course, the atmosphere is toxic.

In this case, a huge indoor colony like on Total Recall would need to be built and it wouldn't be easy.

I would rather they spend all that money they are squandering on trying to reach other plants to improve situations here. You know everything is not OK here.
