A host that always grew with your needs? For example, most hosts cut off their shared plans at 20GB disk. If your sites require more, they force you to purchase a VPS, which can be a major hassle if you don't know what you're doing. Would you rather have a host that offered plans comparable to VPS plans, but with your same shared account? There will always be those who like the independence of a VPS, but for the average user, would you rather skip the hassle and be able to just upgrade your shared account to a server with 10 or so people as the usual VPS has?
