Smartest person in the room. While the ‘class clown’ gets the laugh, the smart one is who they could count on afterwards & be more reliable IMO.

Most do not think that I'm funny anyway and most think that I'm not smart at the same time with people I spend online. I rather think smart anyway

My experience has been the smartest person in the room has also been the funniest. They're not mutually exclusive.

I'll be the smartest guy in the room if that applies to intelligence and a higher IQ. Smart gets the job done.

No I would rather be the smartest person. I like to be smart wherever I am. Sometimes trying to be funny could turned you into a clown.

Having to be the funniest person in the room means that you have to be a bit of outgoing in the group, that is not my personality in a group. I am a quiet listener. That's why I would I prefer to be the smartest person in the room.

In a company to be noticed it is not enough to be just funny or just smart. It should be a combination of both and I think I am that. 🙂😀
