Not sure if I would regret this one lol but I’ll pick bad breath. Having bad manners would be a major turnoff.

Bad breath can be fixed in a short period of time but bad manners is going to take longer to work on. I will choose one with bad breath.

Bad manners are harder to respect for me. They could have a toxic personality. Bad breath doesn't necessarily mean they are a bad person.
