Would you rather eat the same thing for every meal for a year or be able to eat whatever you wanted, but only once every three days?
Same thing for every meal as I pretty much do that anyways. As long as each meal is different lol I couldn’t imagine having to fast every 3 days. Wouldn’t be pleasant.

In 2006 to 2007 I ate at this Chinese restaurant for over a year before the owners retired and the place went out of business.

I rather starve to death than eat the same food over and over again, even though I do it at in my own life and household LOL
