Would you rather go a day without your cell phone or go on a journey with your backpack?
I unplug often throughout the day & we don't believe in cell phones. Since we live on acreage, I already take a nice walk on our land. While I don't need a backpack per se, I do carry with me a compass & my Guide books so I can identify what's out there.

I'd rather go on a journey. Nothing works better than for you to get out in the open and explore and go on some kind of journey to clear your mind and better your mental health. All too often if you spend too much time on say a mobile device you will notice your mood dip, especially with what we see on the internet and social media so being able to get away from all that would be the best thing.

My addiction wants to say the cell phone, but I think I would go with going on a journey since it's not something you can do every day.
