Would you rather go to a movie or to dinner alone?

A movie alone. Because dinner, I like having someone to converse with. Plus it’s no fun eating by yourself.

I’ve done both. I find eating in a restaurant a little more daunting than seeing a movie though. I get really bored while I’m waiting for my food to arrive, because if I were there with a friend or boyfriend, I’d be using this time to chat to them. Once the meal is on the table, I’m fine, but the waiting kills me.

I would rather go to a movie alone, although I tend to go out to eat alone more than I go to movies alone.

When I was single before I got married. I did plenty of both. After my divorce, again plenty of both.
