Would you rather judge people by their intentions or their actions?

Actions. Actions speak louder than words. Also, just because someone Thinks to do something, doesn't mean they would actually do it. All of us have thought of something out of anger, fear, etc & just like first impressions, shouldn't be judged by a momentary lapse.

Well, people say without knowing what they say and their actions are pooped what they do without knowing them doing it

Actions. The problem with intentions is that someone may think they have good intentions, but the actions that stem from that are actually bad.

I'd say actions as well, actions are carried out and affect others. I do take intentions into consideration, but intentions can also be changed/falsified
