Would you rather only eat raw food or only eat TV dinners?

Raw food. I eat mostly organic anyways. Haven't found a TV dinner that I liked.

Raw food for sure. TV dinners (ready meals in the UK) come loaded with unhealthy amounts of salt, sugar and chemicals generally to compensate for poor quality main ingredients.

Obviously one TV dinner is not going to do you any harm but consumed in the long term it's a slippery slope to health issues.

TV dinners from the 70s were awesome! Now they taste like chemicals. I choose TV dinners from the 70s.

I think it would depend on what kind of TV dinners, there are some relative healthy (and delicious) microwavable meals available now. There may be more options than just eating raw foods. Now if I was allowed to cook vegetables then yes I would choose the raw food but I'm pretty that's what makes the option so extreme in this question.

I'd only ever eat TV dinners. I wouldn't want to eat raw food forever, I'd like some taste to it!

I would rather eat raw fruits and vegetables but not all sorts of food. I would like to pick a healthy diet plan these days.

TV dinners are not really that bad to eat and there is nothing about freezing things per se that makes them less nutritious. Like every other meal option, if you chose items that have less sugar and salt , you will be ok. You also want lots of protein and/or fiber.
