Would you rather read silently or out loud?

I prefer to read silently. Do your lips tend to move? Sometimes mine do. For those who read out loud, does it help to hear the words while seeing them?

I much prefer to read silently if I am honest. I always feel that reading is a quiet activity and helps you relax so reading silently helps with that.
