Skip lunch. I eat late in the day anyways so my lunch is actually my ‘breakfast’ lol Dinner I like having with my husband. He is a wonderful cook & we always watch an episode or a movie while eating. Then we have the furbabies with us & finish what we were watching.
I would prefer to do neither. But unfortunately there were times I had no choice to go without food. Once when I was just barely 19 I ran out of food at a place I was staying at and it got so bad that I went and sold some of my stuff at a pawn shop just so I could eat. I remember I went 3 days without eating a decent meal. The hunger pains became horrible. Even drinking lots of water would not soothe them.
When I had an eating disorder it was easy to skip meals, now I can't even skip snacks 😉 I think what I would do is take a later lunch to make it both dinner and lunch and then skip the dinner and go to bed early.
