Would you rather throw a ball over or underhand?

Underhand is easier for me. I thought of this when I was playing with our dog & throwing snowballs for her lol

I like over as the ball can go far far away more then underhand

Both when I pitch for the baseball (overhand) & softball (underhand) co-ed teams I play for.

It depends on the distance. I throw further overhand.
