Who would be intersted in a site, custom coded where you could sell your PSD designs, website designs, forum designs etc 🙂 You get 80% of every purchase and you can sell the items else where, unlike themeforest where it's 30% 😕

You wouldnt have to have a PayPal account because you earn 'credits' which you can use to buy other things. You can turn your credits into cash though obviously  Don't worry, we don't own the items you would sell, you do. 🙂

Who's interested in the concept and would use it. Yes there's other sites like that, but doing the numbers 20% income from each purchase for me/the site seems far and 80% for the author

It'd only work if the site had enough popularity in which people came to it to buy a lot or else I don't think people would be happy giving you 20% of the purchase.

Theme source only gets you 30% of the purchase.....

There's so many other sites like this out there. The reason why people don't mind giving up 30% on ThemeForest is because their items sell out like crazy. As an example, they would rather sell 10 items and retain 70% each per item than sell 1 item and retain 90% from that item.

I would try 90% at first then 80%.
Start with each new user getting 80% then make a system that with each x sale, more percentage s/he gets.

To the 1st quote, there is no harm done in doing both, submitting in more than one website. Although i think there is one website that requires you to submit only in their database.

Very-quick-edit: Yes, i would use it.
