I would pay even pay more than 80$ for that...
You pay 39$ and use their themes when ever you want how many times you want, you can remove copyright, and use it for clients...

I see. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have to take a look at the themes and consider it.
http://themeforest.net has good WordPress theme but most of them are about $25-$40
