First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When I first looked at the forum, I was pretty amazed. I straight away looked at your logo, and was very impressed as to how simplistic it was, but how much it looked a part of the theme. I noticed how much the links stood out on the menu, the white look against a nice black/grey gradient was superb. Just underneath, however, the
Hello There, Guest part didn't stand out much, all I could see was Register and Login as I glanced past it.
The shoutbox. This isn't really needed, and could take away user's posting in the forum, because they can just type in the shoutbox, there is no flood control, thus it is a lot easier for them. I took a quick look at your New Topic/Post icon's, and was pretty amazed at how well they had been made. They aren't big flashy things that pop up right in your face, and the difference between New/None New was easily viewable. Also I like the little icon's next to each sub-forum, they look indented which makes them blend into the theme.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I was pretty happy with the layout of your forum, as you went with the Community Section, Niche Section and then General Discussion, which is perfect. 1 thing I would recommend is moving the Online Wrestling category up, so it is below the main Wrestling Category, that way user's that came, looking for Wrestling chat, don't have to scroll up and down the page.
In your Off-Topic area, you have WWE Smackdown under Gaming and Tech, is that right, as I was under the impression that Smackdown was a wrestling show. Also, I think you should have a General forum under the Off-Topic category, as some user's might want to post something that does not fit in the other sections.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You have good statistics, that could be a lot better. I have not seen many wrestling forums around the internet, but I am sure there are many. It is good that you have lasted 9 months so far, but you still have a long road ahead of you. From what I see, you have about 8 members, including yourself, who have been on in the last 24 hours. This isn't really that good, because with such a popular Topic such as Wrestling, you should have a big, active memberbase, whether this means promoting on other wrestling forums, or making some Wrestling Video's on youtube, and adding a link.
You have 6000 posts which is quite good, many forums wont make it too 1000, and then will die off, so it is great to see you have come this far.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I am actually quite happy with your staff. It looks like you have decided to go with a certain amount of staff to a certain amount of member's. Having only 1 moderator and yourself, with 123 members, with only about 8 active, is quite good, leaving you perfectly staffed. In the next few months, if you get up to around 150ish members, I would consider getting 1 more moderator, just to help you keep the forum clean.

I would definitely like to see some more advertising in other Wrestling related forum's, that would greatly increase your memberbase, and definitely help you grow.
