[WTB] Looking to buy Backlinks

I am wanting to buy back links. I will pay $1 for links on sites with a PR of 0 or 1 and then $.50 for each PR past that. For example a PR5 I would pay $3. Length of time is slightly negotiable. I would prefer a month tho. The back links would look like so.
