Your activity level is pretty good and you have many posts and good number of members. If you were selling your site you would probably receive some really good offers.

I'm going to disagree with Sharon.

Your board doesn't appear to be very active. Only three forums had been posted in "today". The screenshot above shows that the posts-per day your forum receives is extremely low. For a larger forum, I would expect/ hope for >200 Posts/ day. The other worrying statistic is that half the posts on your forum are in the Forum Games section.

Adding to that is the appearance of your forum. If you were to sell your board, you'd want to present it in the best light possible. Your theme is very outdated and the logo isn't any better.

It's difficult to give a valuation- I might be completely offf. But it is my opinion that if you fixed the theme and managed to boost activity, at least in the short term via PostLoop or a competition, the forum might fetch $1.5K. As it stands, I can't see a buyer paying more than $500.

I think the post per member count is actually pretty good. (Here at FP the average is like 49.) So India Chat Forum members like forum games - there is nothing wrong with that. Still, even if we take the forum games out of the equation that is still 62,592 posts made by 812 people. That's a lot of members any way you look at it. Sure, the latest activity could be better but I think the potential is still there and I personally would think it's easier to revive a once thriving community as opposed to a completely empty and light one. (Although limiting correspondence to those in India or of Indian descent might turn away potential members simply because they might not relate at a glance.) I do agree with Sam though - if you are really going to sell your forum you need to consider boosting the activity before you put it in the market.
