When was the last time you had an X-ray?

Do you think X-rays are dangerous?

Do you like looking at the X-ray photographs taken of your body?

Looking back to 2019 last time I had an CT scan of my head.

I had x-rays of my mouth at the dentist's office this past summer. Prior to that, I've had chest x-rays before surgery and the hospital forces those over 50 to get them.

The last time I had an X-ray was in 2017 when I damaged the ligaments in my foot.
I don't think X-rays are dangerous as long as they are used for the correct purpose.

Actually it was less then a week ago that I had a CT of my stomach.

I feel they are dangerous in the long run.

I love it cause I wanted to be a nurse growing up so all that stuff interests me.

I've lost count of the number of scans and X-rays I've had during my lifetime. Certainly more than 50.

Are they dangerous? Yes, but so is drinking water if you drink to much of it. The general consensus seems to be no one should be exposed to more than between 100-mSv to 400-mSv during their lifetime. A typical chest X-ray delivers 0.1-mSv so in theory you could have 10,000 but preferably not all at once 😉
