First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your forum appears to use a default SMF theme with no customization of any kind. Your forum needs a unique appearance in order to stand out from other forums. Even a bad custom theme is better than the default theme. At the very,
very least, you need a custom logo or banner of some kind. You can request one on FP. There are some very generous people who would be willing to make some graphics for you. I would recommend a brand new theme, though. Try to make your forum look as customized as possible. A default theme makes a user who looks at your forum think that you haven't put a lot of effort into your forum.
Your forum also looks fairly inactive at a glance. You don't have any empty forums (which is a good thing), but many of them are close, and you have very few posts and members. I definitely recommend that you use post exchanges to make your forum look more active to prospective members.
Overall, I was quite disappointed with your forum at first glance.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your index isn't extremely long, and it doesn't seem too difficult to navigate, but I really think that it could be organized more efficiently. Firstly, I recommend that you rename "General Category" to "Headquarters" or something of that nature. After that, I think you should merge "Rules," "Tournaments," and "The Blog" into one forum called "Announcements and Information." This would effectively create a new forum with more posts and topics instead of three with very few posts and topics. After that, move your "General Discussion" forum to "Other" and rename the "Other" category to "General Discussion" or something of that nature. I don't think that having a board for testing is a good idea. I think you should just delete that forum. It will probably lead to more abuse than testing anyway. I think that your layout would be much more organized and efficient if you made these changes. It would also make your forum look more active by "squeezing" the posts together.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum currently receives very few posts per day, and you have few posts for each of your eighteen members. I think that you should focus on the other areas of this review before you try to advertise. You really need to fix some things (e.g. your theme) before you advertise. You may, however, try doing some post exchanges for some start-up activity.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You currently have five administrators. Your forum's current size does not warrant having five administrators (FP itself has only four administrators with over eight thousand members). If you had two administrators and three moderators, then that would be okay (albeit still slightly overstaffed for your forum's level of activity), but five administrators is definitely overkill for your forum. On top of that, your forum's staff members are extremely inactive. One administrator has one post per day, and the rest have less than one post per day. Also, not all of your administrators appear to do a good job of creating content that users could discuss. You need to tell your administrators to be more active and create more content so that users will have something to discuss. However, your administrators do a good job of welcoming new members, which is a very good thing.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
A couple of your forum descriptions are good, but many of them are too short. However, you don't have many grammatical errors in your descriptions aside from a few capitalization errors. Be sure that only proper names are capitalized mid-sentence. Everything else should be lowercase. Every description should be at least one or two complete sentences. Make sure each description thoroughly describes its respective forum, and make sure your descriptions make your users aware that you've put a lot of effort into your forum.
