When I first went to your forum I thought wow! Nice banner. You have the right colors and the right theme for an XBOX forum so great work on choosing that. Although one suggestion would be to make your logo/banner clickable so the members have an easy way of getting back to the forum homepage.
You have 17 members at the forum but only have 52 posts in 52 threads, which isn't good at all. That isn't very good for 17 members, so i would suggest you have something to bring in members to the forum or bring the older ones back. Do exchanges, trade posts or trade FP$ for posts and I am sure your activity will increase significantly.
You have 1 administrator and this is a great start for a forum so small, many forums make the mistake of hiring too many staff members now-a-days. The administrator seems to be staying active and keeping moderation in line so keep up the work on this part.
As for the forum layout such as categories etc you seem to have them all in order and you don't have too many which is good for the amount of members you have. Although having a few forums will probably get the members in and will give them something to do.
