One question before I state anything about what I think about a price: Was this an impulse buy? Because it looks like you haven't developed it.
 
I bulk buy domains.
I plan an developing them.
But prefer to get them appraised before.
 
At most in it's current state, I would probably market it at $12. The least I would price it, would be the price of the domain, and maybe a dollar or two on top of that to push it to any potential buyers that it may get, if you sell it before finishing the site.

If it gets a good clean design, that uses modern coding and css, and if it looks great, then I probably will add 10-20 dollars to it.
