Xenforo Addon Question

I want to know what plugin is needed to do what is shown in the image ( I edited the image to show what I meant).

I want to give user titles similar to Blackhatworld and others where they have multiple banners under their usernames what addon is used for that? Or is it custom?

Why not just ask this in the Xenforo support forums? It's under Options > User Options > Allow Banner Stacking. The user would have to be added to more than one usergroup for it to work.

It's not an addon. Just assign a user multiple groups, create CSS for the banners and voila.
