Still I would ask the buyer for proofs that they legitimately owns the thing. Either by the mean of providing us a public token if the licensor provides this functionality or by a support ticket screenshot confirming that this license is transferable.

License is valid, token is 7d420a53f1dfbb824ed0e550688c30c4 and domain is myfds.net

According to XenForo, license can be transferred only once. And this license was purchased by me and has not been transferred
