Everytime I try and access a topic or post after upgrading XenForo through the ACP, the following error message appears on each and every post.

Seems to me you have alot of mods that need upgrading. Maybe one of them is at fault? Try disabling your mods?

I upgraded User Mentions and disabled Trophies.
All working.
