This is Kier Darby's new software. Looks pretty good so far. Pricing structure will apparently be similar to IPB or vBulletin. I found the link on The Admin Zone and may as well share it.

Definitely. It's starting very well. Much better than any other forum software started... just needs to be more complete. But that obviously comes with time.

Well, remember, this guy's ridiculously experienced. He's got a big advantage over Ryan Ashbrook (ImperialBB) or Cosmic, no offense to either of you guys.

I would agree that he was the best vB developer, in the best stage of vB's development, when it was the best forum software around. Though this new forum software seems like a mix of IPB and vB.

Of course. He has a good relationship with Matt Mecham of IPB, so I wasn't surprised that a few things were similar, like the SEO as an example. But looking at the header and stuff, it looks more like what vBulletin 4 should have been rather than what it was.

They said it would be "competitive" to IPB and vBulletin, but there's going to be an introductory price as well.

They are trying it out all ready. The XenForo is hosted on the software you will buy and the ACP will be like any other.


I would love to start designing themes for the site or even some basic modifications.

For the record, I don't think even Mecham (IPB) thought of this, and so far, he has the best ACP.
