I use to be a review team member and review team leader here on FP years ago, so this review might encompass more than you expected, which might be good.
The first thing that I noticed with the logo, which isn't anything special or brand-able. The black outline coupled with the drop shadow looks like something that was whipped up in Photoshop in a matter of minutes. There should be a lot of time that is spend on the logo because if you think about it, that's your brand. People recognize your company (brand) by its logo, and right now, it's nothing special and looks cheap. Another huge downside is the fact there is no icon. What do I mean about the icon? Well, when I design a logo, I think of how would it look on a business card, maybe social media platforms, or even a nice jacket with your logo on it. You have nothing brand-able, short of the words 'XenHost'. I am really not impressed with branding and you are not going to stand out in an already saturated market if consumers can't identity quickly.
Regarding the packages, again, nothing special here. It's just basic shared web-hosting with specs that attempt to make it feel more than it actually is. To be honest, the over-inflated "50 websites", "1TB of diskspace" is just a marketing gimmick because if a website needs those kinds of specs, they should use a VPS or better yet, dedicated hosting because 50 websites are going to be taxing on resources.
The content in the "feature boxes" and "jcarousel-wrapper" are pretty much the same, some of them are even identical. You shouldn't need to repeat content to fill space, be original with it. Do something to stick out. Have a little fun with it.
The footer is really empty. Try to come up with a mission statement, social media feed or something to fill up the other third of unused space. Also, fix the social media links, most of them link back to WHMC.
Lastly, what is the blueish rectangle just above the copyright section along with the two whacks? Seems a bit out of place. Just like with the PayPal logo kind of just floating there.
Most of the theme seems like you rushed through it to get out on the market and it shows. Slow down and take a little more time to prefect your offerings and presentation.
Try less to impress people with stupid cheap prices and instead offer them something that no one in the market does. That's how you are going to keep customers and lower your CAC.
