First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The rays coming from the header make it seem like there was some sort of explosion which goes with your forum’s name. Neither your banner or your theme tell you what kind of forum it is, which is what some guests first look at when they visit a forum. Looking at the users, you have some users who are another color (orange) and I don’t know what the color means (I found it its Developers once you gave me a demo account, add that to the group legend). Overall, your theme feels default and boring.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout of your site is great. You have stuff to do with your site in the first category and all of the discussion forums in the next category. Your forum doesn’t feel too big and I really like it. The one thing I don’t like is the fact that you don’t have a welcome board? What better way to introduce yourself and to meet new members than by making a welcome thread? I really think you should put one in your top category.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You’ve been open for 716 days. You’re averaging a little more than 1 member every 4 days. That could be better, but it’s not bad. If you could start pulling in new members, it would really help. You’re also only averaging a little bit more than 1 new topic per day. You are however averaging almost 16 new posts per day. Each member is averaging 55.6 posts with just under 5 topics. Those are pretty good averages considering some of your members probably never posted or only made a few posts then left. If more topics were being made, you would be getting more posts which would help bring in more members as well. Work on making new topics right now to improve this.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I’m not going to count the Developer as staff since he probably doesn’t really do any moderation and that doesn’t sound like his job. You have 4 staff (1 admin and 3 mods) for 205 members. That’s a pretty good staff to member ratio and I’d do what I can to keep it at or about that same ratio. Your staff is doing a great job at keeping the forum clean from what I can see. The one problem here is that you guys aren’t posting very much. You’re averaging a little bit more than 4 posts per day. Then, you have one mod averaging a little over 2 posts per day with 1 barely above one and one below 1. Staff is supposed to be active and create or keep discussion going. It doesn’t seem like you guys are doing that very well since you guys aren’t posting very much.

I don’t really like the theme as it feels default even though I know it’s not. Also, your staff needs to be more active and make more posts.
