It looks alright, the template is nice and the layout is ok but the only problem I have is the logo. I don't like the way it glows and it doesn't really look good.

Also an image in your link box is too big and is causing the boxs on the left to be stretched. Also i agree with efc2007 about you logo but if you do keep it then you should make it a bit wider to cover up the default logo background... (The images like This which shows a bit either side of the logo.
