Probably a script kiddy, as I didnt find much on google. Ill search a few underground sites tomorrow and see if I cant find someone bragging about it. I think I might know him under a different tag...long time no see if so

If im correct, this guy usually doesnt change much, so the owner gets the site back at some point, he just likes to brag for awhile like all narbs do at first.
