Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When viewing your website for the first time, I noticed that you are using a skin that is over used way too much. So I instantly suggest telling you to find a more unique skin to make your forum stand out. I also felt overwhelmed with all the information within the portal, Why? Because everything is squished too much.
However, I did notice you added a part to the portal that shows who is on the team, I some what agree with you using this I think it will help new users knowing who to ask questions too.. When browsing the actual forum I noticed instantly that any user can view the shoutbox I suggest making it so users have to earn this. In my opinion shoutbox should be a privilege not a right.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your site layout is good for the genre you are running. I like how you added some images to your sections this makes these sections more appealing and people are probably going to see these sections really easy.
I think that the shoutbox should have it's own area at the top away from the ad only because it makes the shoutbox a bit squished which may be frustrating when people are posting long messages. Other than that very nice job on the forum layout.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
By looking at your forum it seems as if there are a lot of people on at time to time. But however I was struck that half the people on are using colors meaning I don't know if they are staff or not, If they are all staff than that is highly bad. But for your statistics and activity I saw tons of great things.
I am amazed upon how many posts you have. I mean you guys defiantly stay busy. Very nice job and I hope you continue to grow and be successful

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Like stated above your online users when I was viewing everyone was a different color, Now I understand that you made a group for boys and girls I think.. But this really isn't needed at all as this just makes people like me confused on who is who.
I also noticed that you have a lot of moderators now you don't need all the staff you have I mean even FP doesn't have that much moderators and we have a pretty active community ourselves. I also noticed that you do a great job posting as staff making sure it's pretty professional and best spelling and grammar which brings us to our next section!

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your topics like I said above for announcements are pretty professional but in one of them, You added a ticker to announce which site your user is on. This really isn't needed because by now that user should know what website they are on.
However when giving information as an announcement thread I realized that you take pride to make sure people understand what is happening in their community and what changes may occur. This is always a nice thing to see for any forum out there. Spelling wise I couldn't find really any errors for the forum sections or in any of your announcement threads.

I really didn't get the welcoming feel I do from some sites, I mean your theme isn't really appealing to me, But then again I'm just one person.
