Have you tried this free Forum software before? if you have, what do you think of it?

I don't know, but i'm still fine with phpBB and Mybb at the moment :/

Never tried it. I personally like to stick with bigger and well established companies over the newer guys :X

I don't think they are bad or anything but they might have limited possibilities due to them not being a big community.

I'm not sure I like this software. The default design has a lot of basic flaws, such as bad margins/padding, and generally appearing cluttered. I know that this is something that can be fixed, but if the default theme doesn't look good on a new forum system, I can't really trust that a non-default theme would look much better.

Isn't this a fork off YaBB (Yet Another Bulletin Board) Which si what SMF based it's design and structure off of.

I don't think it's bad, but there are other options. I'd prefer to go with something a bit more known if I'm going to trust my forum community on it.
