Yahoo Server Hangup?

Hey im trying to access http://m.yahoo.com but every time I do I get *Server Hangup *
Is this happening to anyone else and why would this happened

Its means their server can't serve you due to too many requests from other members.

Nope it doesn't. Maybe because not much indians are using it, and so Indian server would be free.

I'm having terrible problems with yahoo mail at the moment.
It won't let me download attachments.
Yes! Yahoo certainly has gone a bit downhill lately I'm sad to say. 🙁
