Yeah, I'm Stuck

I've had a forum that I've worked on and off on for going on four years. I still can't seem to get it really going. The rest of my site is getting pretty successful, and I'm here to try and have another go at building my forum. I get a post here, a post there, and a bunch of stuff I've posted myself, but I've never really built a community with an ongoing conversation.

Anyone else have that stuck problem with an older forum? Or is there somewhere specific around here for people like me?
