Description: Is it possible to have yet another gamer forum? I thought it was so have taken over this one. Devoted at the moment to gaming of all hues and crys, depending on how the forum develops we will possibly look to narrow our focus a bit, but with a name like ours! What more can I say.... It looks good. Plus with almost 190 members, it's good for a first forum.

Thanks! Sadly not nearly enough of the members are active. For some reason I am getting a lot of people who sign up but don't confirm their registrations.

Currently trying to develop a portal page, so that is keeping me amused!

Yes, I was pleased to get the domain name. It was an existing forum that seemed to have died off a bit, so am slowly trying to drag it kicking and screaming into a lively place to be! Take some time off business and the stockmarket and become a gamer!

PS I also have the domain name tradingforpros.com which sells a training program for which I bought PLR rights for. Wonder if it might be a good fit for some of your sites members. Would do a healthy affiliate commission. Haven't really had time to promote it properly but its a very high quality course.
 
Oh hell, I might as well bump. Any theme designers reading this PM me if you arent gonna bankrupt me! Looking to get a new theme up and running soon.
 
Just a word of advice; you should change the topic title and description. You're basically describing your forum as, "another" one of something, which basically says that your forum is nothing special or unique. Frankly, this is a major turn-off for people, because they think, "Oh well, the Admin doesn't regard it highly, so I won't either."

So yeah, give your forum a bit of an ego and people may be more interested in it.


Having said that, the banner and theme are quite good, so things are looking up in that respect. Anyway, good luck with the site.
 
Thanks! yeah, I thought about that... I was being slightly tongue in cheek! There are a lot of gaming forums out there. A part of me would like to try and merge a lot of the smaller ones into one bigger one, but I think too many admin egos would get in the way!

None the less of course I think my forum is the best in the world ever... or at least will be! 😉

We are working on a new theme at the moment but the main priority now is some forum promotion. We shall see! Its very much early days. I am saving up FP points for an indepth review once we have the new theme, as I know we have a long way to go.....

Anyway really appreciate your comments. I like your forum advertising theme. It's neat. Made a few posts over there which kept me amused!
