I take a pill every day since the pollen count is typically high this time of year. I am finding myself sneezing and I'm considering taking a pill...the problem is, I can't recall if I had already taken one today. Hopefully I won't have any crazy side effects for taking another.

Can you just take half a pill today and if you already took one earlier it won't be as bad as taking an entire new pill?
I use the WalMart brand of Flonase for my allergies and sometimes I forget if I've done the squirts or not. But doing more isn't harmful as long as I don't consistently do more.

That's no fun. I have seasonal allergies, but they only act up when certain types of plants are freshly cut, like grass and alfalfa.

Just one pill overdose wouldn't do much harm.
I ended up taking another without any side effects... so either, it didn't damage me or I really did forget to take a pill. lol I am managing OK, still have sneezing fits here and there but at least I don't have brain fog or itchy eyes.

That's good! You could always get one of the pill organizers & put one for each day of the week. They are very useful!
