Yoast SEO 7.0 Bug Live Since March 6, 2018

Anyone having this problem and have website rankings drop?

A major update to Yoast SEO fixes a bug that affected the rankings of certain websites. The founder of Yoast, Joost de Valk, personally offered an apology to victims of the error that may have suffered “Panda-like problems” and lost search rankings as a consequence.

Fortunately, all my sites are on WordPress CMS but I've set the "Media & attachment URLs" to "Yes" and was fine.

My own site hasn't lived long enough to have suffered for much, but I know various other site or blog owners and heard nothing about this either? Maybe they just got lucky or didn't notice though, I dunno. Some of them aren't really big (yet) so it may not have affected them, or just not enough to be noticeable.

I think there're many sites that are not big enough to realize these changes. They all think that the rankings dropped due to low activities in SEO.

That is also very possible indeed.

Double checked with the others though and none know for sure if it's the SEO. If it was, it's unnoticeable enough to be explained away by other things.
