Yogurt

Any yogurt eaters here? If you eat yogurt, what brand do you eat?

Most yogurt is just filled with sugar and HFCS.. the only yogurt I ever eat is frozen yogurt.

I eat yogurt and when I do it is usually muller.

Always brush my teeth after it though!

If I don't even have time for cereal or if we are heading out for a trip then I will eat yogurt.. as I can't hold the bowl while running back and forth..

When that happens I will grab a cup, and then grab a granola bar too..

I don't really have a specific brand that I prefer over the other, but I will say that YoFarm has really good banana, strawberry, peach and vanilla yogurt. Otherwise if it tastes good then I'll buy it.
