Unless you have a static IP and as long as it has been a while since you logged in(thru your old account) you should be fine to create a new account. Unless you did something real bad there should be no reason for the diff IPs to catch any attention.

Nope, works fine for me in FireFox. :great: What browser are you attempting to register in? This problem was also reported during another exchange and I would like to possibly find a connection then solution.
