You could work on a bit of SEO for Search Engine rankings. Right now, I reckon you're relying on other forums to get you members, but you could also have the power of search engines to get you members.
Work on your SERPs by utilizing related keywords such as "general discussion forum" or "discussion forum" or "general chat forum", instead of linking by "wober". No one knows what "wober" is until they find it, but through generalized (but not too general like "forum") keywords, people can they find wober and then remember it. People should be starting off with "general discussion forum" to find wober, not finding wober to realize it's a general discussion forum.
Your title tag could be better utilized. Instead of
Wober.net, you could have
Wober.net | General Discussion Forum. Social media is essential. I'm sure you can get more than 100 followers and sooner or later, it will become viral.
Your "Register Now!" could be a bit bigger, or an image which captures people's attention. When you look at it, you've got all this text and then the Register Now link. There is too much text to read and not enough "quick links" or "updates" which people need to interact with.
