Young Staffs

Snobo has in her profile the age "6", which is not true, as Snobo said in a thread that she will vote in this year's midterm elections.
Yep. I'll vote as soon as I'm finished glossing my lips, painting my nails, and applying perfume.

The youngest I have ever seen was a 10 year old staff on a forum.

My only staff member on my forum is about 17-18 years old, and he's really mature. I wouldn't hire anyone under 13, but then again, age is only a number, especially on the Internet. It's always best to go by maturity level and whether they actually know how to do things. Like permissions if they want to add new forums, etc.

I could be 8 years old and present myself as a 30 year old. You should really judge by age, just how they present themselves.

Mine was 5 years old and he was very immature.
That is absolutely shocking that a forum even made a 5 year old a moderator. What is even more shocking is parents allowing a 5 year old to moderate a forum where no doubt there is going to be unsuitable content (especially when it comes to spam posts). Surely the parents are supervising them while they are online. If i had a five year old i would not allow them to go anywhere near a forum or use a computer unsupervised especially if it is Youtube, facebook or any forum.
I agree, lol, . A site I (perhaps shouldn't) troll on, clubpenguinplanet.net, is full of 9 year old mods. Haha. Good fun.
