Pros:
-The banner fits the forum genre perfectly. It shows two young people, which covers the content of your forum right off the bat. The banner also matches the theme.

-The content is wide but fits together as a whole. I notice there are many different forums to be used as resources for people who need them. This will attract members and bring the community together.

-The forum is organized well. Nothing seems to be out of place as far as forums in the right place, ordering, etc.

-I like the rules topic. It covers all the bases, and doesn't seem to leave any excuses for wrongdoers.

Cons:
-The shoutbox is annoying. For one, the messages scroll through too fast. If a longer message were to pop up, people would not be able to read it. Also, there is no real need for it right now. With the forum just starting, global announcements will do the trick.

-The theme is a little bland. I like that it matches the banner, but spice it up a little. Aesthetics are key in making a forum. The better it looks, the more members you will have.
