You could get a SSL certificate. Most web hosts allow you to set up Let's Encrypt SSL through a basic function in your cPanel.
You should get a logo with a transparent background. The white background clashes with your header at the moment.
You should add a favicon that matches your forum.
It might be wise to reduce the number of forums that you have. If I counted correctly, you have 68 forums on the index page, which is an insane amount.
You should definitely take the time to write descriptions for each of your forums. A few of your forums have descriptions, but the majority do not.
