Your Dream House?

If money nor the location was not an issue, I'd like to live in a warmer climate, in a house on acreage like we have now. Preferably close to the ocean, but not too close for hurricanes lol I'm in the USA & would still want to live here, just more south.
It's been along and hard road but I'm now lucky enough to live in what I would describe as my dream home. That's assuming I can complete what has become quite a major conversion project.
Three months ago I moved to a large detached property close to the sea in an area of England I feel comfortably at home in. I'm about as close to France as you can be living in the UK if you are wondering where that is.
I'm in the process of converting about a third of the ground floor into a professional grade recording studio while I turn the rest of it into what's become known these days as a 'forever home'... or to my way of thinking, a house I'm probably going to die in

you would and your utilities would be several thousands of dollars each month. Lol
