Ketchup, mustard, mayo are the staples for sauces here. Mixed with herbs & spices & we get a wide range of flavors.

US: Ketchup (Whataburger ketchup...mmm), ranch, vinegar, occasionally thousand island and mustard.

UK: HP/Brown sauce, vinegar, occasionally ketchup.
