What was your first forum called and what was it about?

My first forum, if I remember correctly, was called multi-gaming. It was a gaming community, specifically for PC gamers who played Counter-Strike, Team Fortress 2, Garry's Mod, GTA, etc.

Crafter Craze is the first forum I've owned and it's still very young. I run Christianity Haven and it was set up for me by other people and that was 7 years ago.

I don't even remember my first forum at all I made. It likely had to be anime or video gaming, but unsure.

I once had a multi-author blog and had half a dozen active writers on the site. I created a forum for the in-house writers to discuss writing and site issues. When sold the site, the new owner decided to shut down the forum.

My first forum that in fact was free from Enjin offers everything whiten on one site 😉 They even offer free hosting and whatnot. All I had was my own domain. But I moved away after a couple of years 🙂

I closed it down many many years ago and still going here https://bayside.enjin.com/forum

My very first forum was one I did with a couple of friends for a game server we were hosting. That is what got me into forums in the first place.

My first forum was about gothic culture. I was a young teenager then. I'm not into that lifestyle anymore, not against it, but it isn't for me.

What was funny about it. I used proboards back when they first started. I thought boards were topic so I'd create a new for every topic. I had a lot of boards made before I realized I was doing it wrong haha

Another first forum was a webtv help forum which is what I used back then. That was PhpBB software, early early early PhpBB.

I started with a karate forum 20 years ago. On a free host and had to restart 2 times afterwards. Went through phpNuke, phpBB, VB, IPB and finally stuck with Xenforo. Loved the community feeling, hence the reason to start a forum now, as I'm older and (hopefully) wiser 😀

My first forum morphed from a small gaming clan community into a far larger support service for server rentals.

Mine was simply called the Pokemon Modification forum, and it was a forum dedicated to hacking Pokemon games. This was before the Pokemon red disassembly was a thing and simple hacks were being made from existing tools. It was hosted on Forumotion, and I had no clue what I was doing. :V I only had 9 members (technically 10 but one was a spam bot...) and most of the members I had were people I knew in real life. This was back in late 2009 early 2010.

My first forum was based on a book series that I read and was really into.

The author of that series just recently passed away after his battle with cancer.

Mine was a group over at MSN called The Straight Jacket Club...a humor group. Then MSN Groups shut down😏

My first first one was about TV shows. Just talking about whatever was on TV. It was on a free phpbb host (the same one FP started out on). Didn't get many members on that one. But then again I was only promoting it on the free host's support forum.

My first forum was called Share Central and it was a general discussion forum. I later changed the name to something a little better to suit the niche of the forum I had as I felt Share Central didn't really work too well with what my forum was about.

Yu-Gi-Oh Kingdom if I remember correctly, was a Yu-Gi-Oh TCG board for Yu-Gi-Oh enthusiasts. I think it had a semi-successful run until I turned it offline due to a loss of interest and gaining more interest in forum support and coding.
