Was that 15 hours for normal support or was it passed up to the higher up support people? I was getting waiting times of 15-24 hours when i was trying to talk to the higher support people at Lunarpages which i though was absolutely crap as you reply to the ticket in the evening then go to be and wake up the next morning and it still hasn't been replied to then go to college and come back and it still hasn't been replied to. Atleast with Cirtex you get a reply from their level 2 support or the server administrators in a couple of hours max and from regular support anything varies from a couple of minutes to an hour or 2.

That was 15 hours for them to reply with "Please send us some ID" ~frown~

BlueHost is supposedly good.

Lunarpages isn't rated very well. They were number 9 on the top 10 web hosts when I looked last.

They're not that bad. Apart from their support, the hosting and prices are very reasonable.

I have no idea. I'm just going by how they were rated online. I'll be sticking with HostGator -D-

Just like FP, I use Cirtex Hosting. It is cheep and like Fowler says offers reliable hosting should you be on a good server.
